Project Power 2020

On the streets of New Orleans, rumors are spreading about the appearance of a mysterious pill that can reveal superpowers in any person. There is only one problem-no one knows what will happen until they take the substance. Some become owners of bulletproof skin, invisibility, or superpowers, while others display life-threatening abilities. When the spread of the drug increases crime in the city, a local COP teams up with a teenage drug dealer and former soldier who plans to take the pill to track down and kill its creators.
