Former hunter Rayburn Swanson, whose only daughter was abducted five years ago, has long tried to get rid of heartache with alcohol. Giving up hunting and finally taking control of his life, Rayburn decides to help the animals, and then opens a nature reserve in the wild. One day, after accidentally seeing a man dressed in a camouflage suit, Swanson realizes that an unknown person is chasing a girl who looks very much like his kidnapped daughter. Determined to save the fugitive, the ex-hunter goes on a risky chase, hoping to get to the girl before the alleged killer.
